Our aim is to ensure we minimise the impacts of our business by approaching our aims and goals responsibly, while remaining profitable and competitive.

In all aspects of our corporate social responsibilities, we work closely with our employees, clients, suppliers and subcontractors to ensure every link in the project chain always meets our own high standards.

Health, safety and wellbeing
We are committed to maintaining and continuously improving the standards of occupational health and safety for all our employees. As well as putting effective, strong guidelines and protections in place for subcontractors and those affected by our activities – including members of the public.

Menfor Group strives to continually improve our environmental performance and take all reasonable steps to manage our operations so as is to minimise our environmental impact and promote good environmental practice. We acknowledge our responsibility to the natural environment and strive to minimise any negative impact from our operations.
Energy and Resources
Climate change is a key environmental challenge faced by our business and wider industry and we regularly review our organisational practices and performance to identify how we can reduce our requirements for energy, transport and water usage. We also promote good practice in respect of recycling and waste minimisation. Wherever possible Menfor Group will use alternative materials and methods to optimise the use of resources in collaboration with our clients and suppliers.
We at Menfor Group are working alongside our clients to create modern, sustainable solutions in the built environment.
Examples of this are working with plant companies to reduce emissions, increase site safety and increase efficiency.
Our innovation team are also working with PPE manufacturers and other organisations to promote a safe working environment.
