Apprenticeships help people by offering the chance for sustainable employment. They also support our strategic growth plans.
Our apprenticeship programme is managed by our learning and development management.
The programme covers NVQ level 2 and 3 placements in various industry-related career opportunities. These include general business administration, construction operations, track maintenance and engineering. We have apprentices across Menfor Group, in our head office and also on projects.
We are currently partnered with Walsall College whilst also working with Nova Training, Regional Job Centres, Welfare Societies, Universities and various other employment organisations to bring the new talent into the construction industry.

- Occupational Work Supervision
These programs aim to create a career pathway, which allows our employees to continuously learn and develop their careers within the construction industry.
